I have been a high-performing sales executive for a number of tech start-ups in my career. Most notably, I was an early employee at Groupon where I helped build what was then the “fastest-growing company ever”. My superpower is generating sales and partnerships around ideas I believe in.
Lately, I have been extremely interested in working for a world-class blockchain organization. I find myself daydreaming about potential use-cases and commercial applications for large organizations. I roleplay sales calls to Fortune 500 companies, challenging them on what’s possible. I lecture my wife about how transformational blockchain can be as adoption increases. It’s gotten to the point where any job opportunities in the traditional tech platform/SaaS world seem boring to me now.
