With over 10 years in B2B roles, specialising in business and partnership development, I’ve worked with clients in over a dozen countries across different industries, consulting and providing them products and services to their organisation and end users.
As a Blockchain enthusiast, I understand where the Blockchain technology will bring society over the next decade and I’m passionate to be part of the movement. I’m an amateur NFT artist and creator, currently working part time on a couple of blockchain projects advising on branding and growth. I recently completed a Certification by University of Pennsylvania in “FinTech: Foundations & Applications of Financial Technology”.
I am able to leverage my experience from other industries, and to bring value and results to the business development or account management roles. I am relentless when it comes to achieving my goals and have been working on my industry knowledge by taking additional courses and reading up on industry news to stay up to date on industry regulations and trends.
Being used to wearing multiple hats, I am happy to be considered for other roles where my experience may be more suited towards. To be part of the blockchain movement is more valuable to me than any role, title or compensation, as long as my foot gets through the door, and let my results speak for itself.

Led and established a new department, successfully developed internal workflow processes, marketing campaigns, accreditation and audit preparations. Developed and grew sales pipeline from zero in a new environment by researching and engaging with key partners and cold calling prospect clients. Responsible for all sales support including: assisting sales agents to close business, single point of contact to engage SMEs to close complex deals, handling pre-sale/post-sales escalations where required. Led creative team and relaunched corporate branding across existing digital platforms, resulting 800% increase in engagement upon campaign launch with an average of 5% organic monthly growth in reach. Managed cross-functional teams on end-to-end projects and product development within the aviation and hospitality space, streamlining processes and communications in an agile environment. Established relations with key industry contacts from airline decision makers to media partners, with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape. Set up and headed company’s representative office in London for EMEA sales, contributed to EMEA and Asia Sales Team achieving 110% annual revenue targets representing $6.8MM annually. Interim for Director of Sales - Maintained client relations and communication of new product developments to prospective clients, landing new accounts worth USD $1.5MM annually. Oversaw RFI/RFP opportunities, managing interdepartmentally as needed. Responsible for creation of business plans and proposals for strategic brand partnerships. Directed and managed annual budgets for tradeshows, PR, marketing and London office budgets representing over USD $1MM annually.

Worked with a panel of asset management companies on product origination for private clients, including structured products and SaaS trading platform for FX/CFD. Built and managed HNW client portfolio representing over $5MM. Initiated, organised and promoted over a dozen seminars through network of partners and consulates generating pool of qualified leads for the team. Identified pool of customers, initiated and conducted seminars with external vendors to generate leads. Penetrated new market channels and generated new business: via Shanghai Singapore Business Association and Malaysian Chamber of Commerce.

Managed SMB client acquisition and developed relationships with key clients. Project managed client’s content planning, social media campaign projects and monthly analytics review. Implemented measures to streamline internal process and pre-qualify leads resulting in leaner sales pipelines with higher closure rates and revenue conversion.

Assigned to liaison department as part of conscription into the military service. Handled sensitive data, conducted tactical and contingency planning for state level military, ministerial and diplomatic visits. Facilitated tactical and logistics planning across over 50 units within the armed forces. Coordinated over 100 military functions including seminars, assemblies and tours within budget.
