HR Manager

Role Definition HR manager will be responsible for such tasks as career development roadmaps for employees, organising trainings, participate in recruitment process, improving HR policies.

Key areas of Responsibilities

• Create and update career development roadmaps

• Administer compensation and benefit plans

• Lead the company in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

• Onboard new team members and help organise the required training & development initiatives

• Manage the development and implementation of human resource policies

• Organise quarterly and annual employee feedback sessions

• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities

• Support the management with disciplinary issues

• Collaborate with legal team to review employment and working conditions to maintain compliance

• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation

• Minimum 3 years proven experience within a HR/recruiter role

• Knowledge of HR Functions (recruitment, training & development etc)

• Understanding of employment laws and disciplinary procedures

• Experience of working both in a team and independently

• Pro-active approach

• Experience working in Finance/IT companies
