Provide customer support to the local and global users. Support is via ticketing system and a livechat and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval process 

Responsibilities :

  • Handle back office tickets and provide 24*7H online enquiries and email replies services to customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries, advices and suggestions via email or online tools
  • Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits; follow up to secure resolution
  • Support other business units with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advices, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or above.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi
  • Minimum 1-year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Proactive and meticulous
  • A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills and exceed beyond expectation.
  • Open to working in shifts
