Senior Manager, Product Marketing, EOSIO

  • Reports to:Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications
  • Block.one is seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to work within our Marketing and Communications department. You will be an integral part of the day to day strategy for Block.one products. In this role, you will own and drive the go-to-market strategy and execution of Block.one’s current and future products as well as brand activation strategies. 
  • Responsibilities: 
    • Work within the larger Marketing and Communications team to own the global go-to-market strategies and plans, including positioning, narrative, internal communications, scaled adoption, community growth, and marketing activation strategies. 
    • See the marketing lifecycle through from strategy to execution, working closely with creative, copywriters, social media, and communications teams. 
    • Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to help shape the product roadmap based on customer and marketplace feedback and develop effective marketing assets and content. 
    • Be the expert on our products, consumers and competitors, using that information to inform internal stakeholders and ensure the right needs are being met. 
    • Develop actionable, data-driven insights that can be tracked to inform product and marketing strategy, including identifying and documenting noteworthy opportunities relevant to the business. 
    • Maintain a solid technical understanding of the product(s) and be able to translate product messaging and value propositions into relevant narrative that carries an authentic voice. 
    • Own the marketing sites for the product, working with the web team to ensure that the website is effectively reaching targeted audiences and driving product adoption. 
    • Contribute to the development and use of CRM and marketing technology to further our customer and marketing objectives 
    • Work on ad-hoc projects within the marketing department as required. 
    • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 
    • 8+ years of experience managing or working within a product marketing team. 
    • Extensive experience in planning and rolling out large-scale/global marketing campaigns, with the ability to identify and implement scalable process improvements using a data-driven approach. 
    • Comfortable driving high level business decisions, thriving in ambiguous situations, collaborating with others, and building things from scratch. 
    • Ability to work in a highly fast paced, cross-functional environment to drive stakeholder alignment and scaled communications. 
    • Organized self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion. 
    • Proven passion and desire to work with technology products and solving consumer needs.
