What you’ll work on:
You will become a subject matter expert on the digital currency megatrend, it’s disruption of the financial system and the Circle Platform Services business. You will understand prospective markets, customer segments and the competitive landscape, forming data driven viewpoints on growth strategies and tactics. You will then relay that information across Sales, Marketing and Product via work plans, artifacts and collateral, driving a unified understanding of how Circle’s services are positioned in the market and how we message such services to the outside world. You will leverage your deep product and customer knowledge to create profitable and sustainable business models. Navigating the myriad of possibilities that digital currency unlocks is no small feat. As we march forward it is crucial to understand our customers and the markets we operate in, and you will be their voice within the organization.

What you’ll bring to Circle:
You are an accomplished Marketer or Product Manager with a knack for turning research into insights. You thrive in ambiguity and startup culture. You can take project assignments and run with it, always going above and beyond, never needing to be handheld. You have a strong interest in the future of global payments and, preferably, a background in Fintech.
You have been successful in developing market insights and communicating them across an organization to drive growth. You are capable of initiating and engaging in strategic conversations at multiple levels of the organization. You can talk to customers comfortably and confidently, deriving necessary data points about key problem spaces and how they can be solved. You can enter the early stages of a growing team, get your hands dirty and build. You have 5+ years of scaling experience working within Product and/or Marketing organizations.
