Community Manager


Our client is searching for an experienced and passionate community manager to join their team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will be engaging our passionate community on channels such as Telegram, Discord, etc. You will be responsible for growing an engaging and organic community. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our community. 


  • Extensive knowledge in crypto, blockchain, and DeFi industry 
  • Proven experience in previous community managing 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to be very responsive on Telegram
  • Fluent English Speaker with preferred proficient in multiple languages
  • Ability to hear, process, and respond to feedback from community members and come up with creative solutions to meet their needs
  • 3+ Years experience managing an online user community or 5 years of combined experience leading and working with an online user community
  • Bonus, but not required (shout about it in your application if you do have experience): experience in the IT automation / WebDev space preferred
  • Enjoy working with others and making new connections


  • Creating, implementing and measuring community engagement
  • Maintaining and growing the community on Telegram 
  • Greeting new users and answering questions raised in the community 
  • Representing the voice of the community, bringing community feedback to our Marketing and Product teams
  • Educating & conducting surveys with the community on the latest features and company developments 
  • Monitoring the industry for changing trends in community management practices
  • Engaging with other communities in the industry
