We are looking for a strong and accomplished Head of Partnerships to help deliver objectives of dGen. It is vital to this role that your track record matches our ambition and growth targets. The ideal candidate will build a European network for Emerging Tech in the public and private sector.

  • Job Title: Head of Partnerships
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Earliest Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new partnership opportunities in the blockchain space
  • Build and maintain a strong partnership network
  • Meet with partners face-to-face or remotely
  • Set aims and objectives to develop and improve the foundation
  • Carry out necessary organisational planning
  • Attend seminars and conferences if needed, and represent dGen at events
  • Manage dGen Team and support in day-to-day activities
  • Support shaping dGen’s research agenda, and support the team in assuring/ increasing the quality of reports
  • Review and provide feedback on all research report drafts
  • Oversee performance and activities of the dGen Team
  • Help manage the dGen community and ecosystem through Slack channels

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years successful and relevant work experience
  • Excellent English language skills, additional language is a plus
  • Solid experience in business development in profit and non-profit sectors
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Experience in planning and implementing strategies
  • Strong background in Tech is preferable
  • Travel may be required
