OKCoin is a globally licensed exchange with offices in San Francisco, Malta, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Korea. We are a collective of global citizens with a common passion to help decentralize finance and level the economic playing field for everyone around the world.

You are a self-starter who will represent OKCoin in discussions with institutional and high volume institutional and individual traders in the Latin America region with the goal of converting these entities and individuals into OKCoin traders.

In addition to managing and growing these relationships, you will deliver client feedback to our Product team to assist their quest to build a leading user experience. You will also engage with data aggregators, and other industry service providers who can enhance the value of OKCoin’s offering.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of sales or customer management experience, with 3+ years in the cryptocurrency industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout the organization
  • Passion for cryptocurrency market development
  • Capable of spoken & written communication in Portuguese, English and Spanish
  • Advanced software skills in Google Suite and CRMs like Hubspot
  • Team player attitude and ability to work independently
  • Ability to build strong relationships with finance & non-finance colleagues at all levels across local and international locations
  • Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple requests and strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide creative solutions to real-time challenges
  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced software skills in Google Suite and CRMs like Hubspot
  • Know the local community (Central and South America) and relevant companies in the ecosystem
  • Solid network of contacts to reach out to and introduce OKCoin as a potential partner
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Proactive enthusiasm for solving problems and adding value to the company
  • Willing to travel 1 week or more per month
  • Rolodex of high-frequency crypto relationships or the ability and desire to grow them through conference & event attendance
  • Previous experience in a Cryptocurrency exchange/broker or other blockchain company
