Your ownership & responsibility as a Phemex Community Manager:

  • Successfully create, manage and grow a local community and help new users to use our platform smoothly.
  • Maintain an active community by responding to users’ questions and comments, sharing announcements/events/campaigns in the local community and generating discussions on related topics.
  • Assist in organizing local online and offline events and meet-ups in creative ways.
  • Assist Phemex to maintain a decent brand image, collect feedback from local users.
  • Share any blockchain marketing insights and suggestions discovered.
  • Provide any suggestions that you think will help Phemex grow in the community.

Requirements:

  • Native in French and fluent in English.
  • Community management experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of messaging app – Telegram.
  • Interest and/or experience in the Blockchain and crypto currency industry is essential.
