- Build up relationship with KOLs in Turkish Market with emails and other channels.
- Manage day to day and longer term business development plan.
- Monitor, listen and respond to KOLs in an appropriate way.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing results.
- Build a community of advocates, engaging in dialogues and broadcasting the brand image.
- Currently located in China, fluent English, native in Turkish.
- At least bachelor degree; quick learner.
- Demonstrated ability to contact KOLs with over hundreds of emails every day.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in Fintech, Crypto, & Startups is a large plus.
- Hardworking and keep learning.
The salary structure is base pay plus commission.
