Job Description

  • Advice for new customers by phone or customer contact when opening an account and missing documents
  • Explain the Swissquote homepage (navigation, use of tools)
  • Customer advice on technical problems
  • Support services in close cooperation with our back office at headquarters
  • Written and verbal processing of email inquiries
  • Various marketing and outbound projects
  • Various administrative activities
  • Acceptance of stock market orders, shares, bonds, funds, warrants, structured products, options, futures, forex, fiduciary investments

Qualifications

  • A completed bank training and 1-2 years of experience in the industry
  • In addition to your German mother tongue, you have excellent knowledge of English and / or French
