With 3 product offerings (APAC, NA and Europe) we’re a 24-7 diverse collection of people, from hardcore crypto geeks to people that are just passionate about being in fintech and working on a new way of making payments faster and simpler. What matters is your passion and capabilities more than specific knowledge of the industry itself .

We’re looking for Performance Marketing Manager to cover all Performance Marketing and Affiliate activity for Wirex. If you love working with a genuinely international team, you’ll love Wirex – our marketing team is based in London and Singapore, our product team in Ukraine and our key marketing partners are everywhere! Organised, great communicators who can switch from 1 project to the next in the same day will be prioritised.

Requirements

Experience managing the following performance marketing channels
Search (Google/Apple)
Display (Google/UAC/DSP)
ASO
SEO
Facebook / Instagram
Third-Party display networks like Quora, TikTok
Influencer campaigns
Youtube

Experience using marketing/data analysis tools like
PowerBI / Looker / Domo
Google Analytics
DSPs
Seld serve ad-platforms

Working knowledge/skills:
Able to analyse and monitor the performance of the portfolio of channels
Attribution marketing models (click-through / impression)
Incrementality
ROI / ROAS
Marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CAC)
Budgeting spend to achieve acquisiton goals
Strong analytical skills
Run statistically significant experiments
Creativity in finding solutions and creating engaging assets
Ability to build a business case to gain buy-in from internal stakeholders
Ability to demonstrate the impact of the performance of campaigns
